BEIRUT/JERUSALEM (Worthy News) – Israel’s military said Monday it used a drone to attack “an operations room,” killing “five terrorists” in Tulkarm in the Palestinian enclave of the West Bank, also known by its biblical names Judaea and Samaria.
The attack occurred in the “Nur al-Shams refugee camp,” Israeli sources said.
Witnesses said they heard four explosions after an Israeli drone targeted a house in the camp.
Elsewhere, artillery fire was reported in southern Lebanon, where Hezbollah is based, including in the villages of Umm al-Tut, Sheikhin, and Beit Lif, Israeli and Lebanese sources said.
The skirmishes have added to concerns about a broader war between Israel and several Iran-backed groups, deemed terrorists by the Israeli government and its allies.
