Hezbollah to Join Ceasefire Despite Not Being Part of the Deal

by Emmitt Barry, Worthy News Correspondent

(Worthy News) – According to a Hezbollah source cited by Al Jazeera, Hezbollah will participate in the upcoming four-day ceasefire starting tomorrow, even though it was not part of the Israel-Hamas negotiation. The hostage deal made with Hamas may lead to the release of up to 50 hostages over the next four days.

During a Tuesday briefing, an Israeli government official informed reporters that the agreement is anticipated to result in the release of 50 Israeli citizens, comprising children, mothers, and other women, in groups of 12-13 people over the span of four days.

A senior Biden administration official informed reporters that among the approximately 50 hostages set to be released are three Americans, including 3-year-old Avigail Mor Idan. Her parents, Roee and Smadar, who were tragically murdered in front of her during the October 7 Hamas massacre.

An Israeli official has confirmed to CNN that the ceasefire will commence at 10 a.m. tomorrow.
