In biblical times, seasons of rejoicing and celebration were commanded by the Lord – “These are the appointed feasts of the Lord, the holy assemblies, which you shall proclaim at the time appointed for them” (Leviticus 23:4). Numerous feasts or festivals are mentioned in Scripture such as Passover, Tabernacles and Pentecost to name a few. As a community, we are committed to rediscovering and recapturing both the spirit and the expressions of these Feasts. Presently, we celebrate the Feast of Passover, the Feast of Tabernacles and the Feast of Pentecost bringing out both the historical and New Covenant meaning. Celebrating the ancient biblical feasts along with traditional Christian celebrations, i.e., Christmas and Easter, brings great joy and rejoicing to God’s people!
